Massimo Martina

CFO and Manager / Art Dealer

Session: AI in Art

I am a firm believer that art and beauty in our living spaces have a great impact on our health, energy, wellness and productivity.

An art dealer, specialized in Salvador Dali limited edition sculptures and prints, and a representative for a natural stone and porcelain lab in Verona, I aim to bring beauty to our living spaces through works of art and design. Beauty, in the deeper sense of the ancient Kallos, is what I seek in my proposals to my partners.

Engineer by formation, I have a background in business management as CFO of a multinational commercial group, in the M&A and Corporate Finance sector as well as as in process analysis and change management.

EVGENIOS GAVRIEL

Creative Director and Brand Designer

Session: Creative AI

Evgenios Gavriel is a Cypriot Creative Director and Brand Designer working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, visual culture, and strategic brand systems. His practice focuses on how
AI can be applied as a disciplined production tool, enhancing precision, scalability, and authorship, rather than as a surface-level creative shortcut.

He is the founder of Cyprus Surreal, an independent AI-driven visual project that reinterprets Cypriot landscapes, symbols, and everyday realities through a surreal and speculative lens.

The project explores cultural identity, perception, and the future of visual storytelling, positioning Cyprus within a broader global conversation around AI, art, and narrative construction.

Evgenios is also the Managing and Creative Director of 300PPI NextGen Studio, a nextgeneration visual production studio specialising in high-precision branding, AI-assisted content creation, and scalable digital ecosystems for forward-thinking brands.

Under his direction, the studio operates at the intersection of experimentation and commercial reality, delivering
systems designed for long-term brand equity rather than short-term trends.

Across both his creative and professional work, Evgenios places strong emphasis on ethics, authorship, and cultural intelligence in AI-assisted design.

Through public talks and industry discussions, he advocates for clarity, restraint, and responsibility in how artificial intelligence is integrated into creative practice and business strategy.

Melissa Gamez

Founder, AI Clarity Architect, Educator/ Infrastructure Strategist

From Random Prompts to Real Systems

Melissa Gamez is an AI infrastructure strategist who helps founders turn artificial intelligence into a practical system inside their business. Rather than focusing on tools or trends, her work centers on helping small business owners design structured AI workflows that reduce overwhelm, organize knowledge, and turn scattered ideas into clear action.

Through her workshops and consulting, Melissa teaches entrepreneurs how to move beyond random prompts and build AI systems that understand their voice, support decision-making, and streamline everyday business tasks. Her approach combines strategic thinking, practical implementation, and a human-centered philosophy that keeps founders in control while using AI to extend their capabilities.

Melissa works primarily with small business owners and independent founders who want to integrate AI into their operations in a meaningful way, not as a novelty, but as a long-term infrastructure that supports growth, clarity, and efficiency.
